Independent audiology practice owners are among the most dedicated healthcare professionals in the country. They built their practices from the ground up, earned the trust of their communities, and committed their careers to helping people hear better.
What they didn’t sign up for is managing payroll, running marketing campaigns, negotiating with vendors, and doing their own bookkeeping, on top of seeing patients every day.
Absolute Hearing exists to take all of that off their plate.
We are an Audiology Support Organization (ASO), a full-service non-clinical support team built specifically for independent hearing healthcare practices. Our job is to handle the business side so our affiliated providers can focus on the clinical side.

When Rosie helps an affiliated practice optimize its operations, she’s drawing from experience she lived inside a clinic, not from a textbook.

Recruiting & Onboarding
Olivia Haywood leads recruiting and onboarding support for Absolute Hearing affiliated practices, helping practice owners find, hire, and retain the right people for every role in their clinic. Olivia understands that a bad hire costs far more than an open seat, and that most independent practices don’t have the time or systems to recruit effectively on their own. She brings a structured, proactive approach to sourcing qualified candidates in the hearing healthcare space and getting new team members set up for long-term success from day one.

Sarah Draper is a core member of Absolute Hearing’s dedicated scheduling team, focused on one of the most direct drivers of practice revenue, keeping the calendar full. Sarah and her team handle inbound calls, patient follow-up, no-show rebooking, and reactivation outreach on behalf of affiliated practices, ensuring that every opportunity to put a patient in the chair is captured. Her work is grounded in hearing healthcare patient communication, and she represents affiliated practices the way their owners would want them represented.

Marketing Manager
Jeana Noyce manages marketing execution for Absolute Hearing affiliated practices, overseeing the campaigns, content, and digital strategies that drive new patient growth. From local SEO and digital advertising to community outreach and reputation management, Jeana ensures that each affiliated practice has a consistent, credible presence in their market. Dr. Jacob Burrows is a Doctor of Audiology who brings hands-on clinical and practice experience to his role as a Practice Trainer for Absolute Hearing affiliates. Dr. Burrows works directly with affiliated providers and their teams to elevate clinical protocols, sharpen patient communication, and build the kind of practice culture that drives both outcomes and retention. His training is practical, specific to hearing healthcare, and grounded in what he has seen work inside real audiology practices.

Trista Ramsey is a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist and proven million-dollar producer who built her career from the ground up, starting at the front desk and working her way to becoming one of the top performers in the industry. Trista brings a unique perspective to the Absolute Hearing team: she knows what it takes to succeed at every level of a hearing healthcare practice, and she uses that experience to help affiliated teams develop the skills, confidence, and drive to do the same.

Justin Carpenter leads IT and technology support for Absolute Hearing affiliated practices, keeping the systems that run hearing healthcare clinics secure, compliant, and functioning the way they should. From HIPAA-compliant network setup and audiology-specific software support to hardware management and data security, Justin handles the technical side so practice owners don’t have to.
